Personal data protection principles

The controllers of personal data under Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: “GDPR”) are David and Barbora (hereinafter: the “controller”).

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

The controller processes personal data that you have provided, or personal data obtained in connection with fulfilling your order or enquiry.

The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary to perform the contract.

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

• performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The purpose of processing personal data is:

• handling your order or enquiry and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data necessary for successful handling (name and contact) are required; providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and performing the contract — without them the contract cannot be concluded or performed by the controller.

The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

The controller retains personal data:

• for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from those relationships (for 15 years from the end of the contractual relationship).

After the retention period expires, the controller deletes the personal data.

Recipients of personal data are persons:

• involved in delivering services / processing payments under the contract,
• involved in operating the services,
• providing marketing services.

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organisation. If a transfer were to occur, recipients in third countries would be providers of mailing / cloud services.

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:

• the right of access to your personal data under Article 15 GDPR,
• the right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR,
• the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR,
• the right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR,
• the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR,
• the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the controller’s e-mail stated in Article I of these terms.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been infringed.

The controller declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data.

The controller has adopted technical measures to secure data storage and paper storage of personal data, in particular regular backups to secure storage, strong access passwords and limited access to data.

The controller declares that only authorised persons have access to personal data.
